Our advisory services are provided at no cost to you; instead, we work in partnership with a small group of trusted, conservation-focused lodges and licensed safari operators who share our standards.

Drawing on decades of professional relationships and firsthand field experience, we help you navigate choices, clarify trade-offs, and shape a deeply considered safari that is thoughtfully planned in collaboration with independent partners. Our design and consulting services are included in your booking; there is no separate fee for our expertise. You benefit from long-standing relationships, trusted partnerships, and careful planning at no additional cost beyond the charges set by the operating suppliers.

From arrival onward, travel logistics are implemented by the operating partners involved, with our team providing ongoing advisory support and coordination throughout the planning and travel period. Flights, transfers, permits, and special requests are aligned through licensed operators so the journey unfolds as smoothly as possible. You remain focused on the experience, while arrangements are managed through established supplier relationships.

Drawing on decades spent guiding across Africa, Mark remains closely involved in shaping each itinerary and spends time in the field annually to maintain firsthand knowledge of the regions and partners we recommend.

For guests seeking a privately guided safari, Mark may be available by special arrangement. Otherwise, guiding services are provided by experienced, licensed guides employed by our safari partners, selected for their professionalism, knowledge, and shared conservation ethic. In all cases, itineraries benefit from Mark’s experience, insight, and long-standing relationships across Africa’s wild places.
